It’s a Life Changing Camp

I got the opportunity this weekend to facilitate service projects for youth from the Morristown Church for GOD. I was very excited to be doing this, especially because I’m familiar with the kids (they are part of my home church), as well as wanting to grow in my leadership skills and communication. These kids worked extremely hard never complained and follow directions very well. I was so proud of them, especially knowing their parents and knowing that they as well have amazing work ethic.

When going listening to the sermon sessions, I realized that not only are these kids bridges because they’re serving people around NASHVILLE, but also because they speak two languages and are able to bridge two different worlds together. That is something the Lord taught me last summer. I have always been a bridge. I will always be a bridge because of the languages I speak. I was impacted hearing that the priesthood helped bridge the gap too and gave access to the word of God. I want to help these kids form Godly words to these people and communities around them
