A local project in Nashville that I have gotten the privilege of being a part of has been Nashville Diaper. Now I know how it sounds… a little stinky. Nashville Diaper is anything but that. This organization receives, handles, and sends out mass amounts of diapers to families in need. Turns out, diapers are pretty expensive. I have gone to this location for a service project twice, and in the two times I’ve gone, my team and I have handled 100,000+ diapers. This service project surprised me because I never considered diapers or anything related to babies a service project. After these two days I have recognized how important it is that babies get cleaned diapers, and families can afford them. This type of service will help me make better, and different considerations of babies and families when I go abroad this summer. #NotOneWetBehind
