I participated in late nights show in SLAM Uganda and SLAM Mombasa and it was wonderful because we got to help the SLAM attendees understand the theme better. Whatever we would perform would be in relation to the theme of the day and an exortation would be given at the end to provide context and many attendees gave testimonies to how late nights was not only amusing and fun but also helped them understand better and remember the respective themes. I feel blessed to have played a role in that.
