Getting ready to serve Jesus is unlike any other preparation. If one were to find a practice similar to preparing to serve Jesus as an intensified version of said practice. Serving Jesus requires a disposition of the heart that is incredibly challenge to attain by any human. It takes a deep study of the word with humility to allow conviction to soften your heart and change your perspective which should reflect in subsequent actions.
Boot camp is calling me to be present in my moment. No phones, no schedules; just the word of God and our voices. I am constantly convicted to adhere to the spirit of God with every decision I make in preperation. Jesus says tomorrow has enough worries of its own. In turn I will Focus all my energy on how I can serve and live by the spirit right now and trust that this action and disposition will prepare me.
