During our El Salvador trip, I got to see and reconnect with Orlando Kenya and Gabby three cooperatives and Institute Students on Campus that I had met in 2021. Before 2021 I had heard about them and what they did on Campus but it wasn’t until 2021 that I got to see the work they were doing and the development they are a part of. I don’t remember being on campus a lot of the time in 2021, and I didn’t realize how much they contributed. Although I didn’t see it then, this year I was way more conscious and was actually more blessed on the other side of seeing my friends work as hard as they do for the Lord.
This trip I was so encouraged to see Orlando, Kenya, and Gabby again and to see the work and education they’ve been apart of, because it is truly producing new life in their community. I see God in them, and I can’t wait to continue working alongside them to bring the kingdom of God to earth!
